A: No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to have us clean their homes while they are away so that they can come back to a freshly cleaned home.

A: You can book a cleaning service by calling us, emailing us, or filling out our online contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule a cleaning appointment.

Q: What cleaning products do you use?

Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

A: Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to make it right.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedules and provide our services to other valued customers.

Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. This fee helps compensate our dedicated cleaning professionals who have reserved their time and prepared for your appointment.

 

Q: Can I request the same cleaning technician for every appointment?

A: Yes, we can schedule the same cleaning technician for your appointments if they are available. Please let us know in advance if you have a preference.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept various payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash. Payment is due on the day of the cleaning appointment. In the event that payment is not received within five (5) days of the cleaning service, a late payment fee of $25 will be applied.

 

Q: How far in advance do I need to book a cleaning appointment?

A: We recommend booking a cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance, but we can usually accommodate last-minute bookings as well, depending on our availability.

A: Yes, we offer discounts for customers who book recurring cleaning services, such as weekly or biweekly cleanings. Contact us for more information.
